Kailyn, tell us a bit about yourself!

"After moving to Sheffield to study Law, I started my career managing various teams at a contact centre. From there, I found my feet back in the legal world, heading up a team at a local law firm.

"I’ve always held a strong interest in the operational side of businesses and the technology used to manage day-to-day operations, which eventually led me to into project management within the Projects + Development Team, working on case management software.
