We developed a system which provided Welsh Gymnastics with significantly improved membership processes that included diverse payment options, automated renewals, and streamlined member management across their network. The introduction of features such as digital membership cards has also allowed the organisation to benefit from enhanced community engagement and opportunities for revenue generation. Additionally, the NGB have taken advantage of our integration with the Welsh Sports Association’s DBS service, which simplifies the process of handling DBS records, supports compliance procedures, and reduces administrative burden.
