Support from day-one

Your journey starts with our Onboarding Team who guide you through the configuration of your platform. They are experts at getting into the detail of how you work, documenting every engagement as they go and creating a blueprint of your immediate and future needs. We also discuss how to overcome common challenges and bring forward ideas designed to improve your processes. We then get to work configuring your platform.

Planning is everything

While you are testing your platform and providing feedback, we start planning for its launch. We provide training to upskill your team, create a communications plan, help you write content, and produce tutorial videos alongside various other resources. We've been through this many times now and understand what is needed for a successful launch.

With you throughout the partnership

We aren't one of those companies that leaves you to it once you are up and running. You will get access to a Customer Success Team who are on hand to provide technical support and answer your questions or queries. You will also be assigned an MPC (main point of contact) at Sport:80 who you can reach out to discuss changes to your platform and plan and deliver future phases of functionality.
