USA ARCHERY
The Challenge
The system which USA Archery relied on to deliver a number of operations wasn’t able to scale effectively, ultimately preventing the NGB from implementing new services and solutions.
As a result, USA Archery began using multiple systems to fill business gaps leading the NGB to operate a wide-spread and disparate infrastructure. This led to operational inefficiencies, an inability to tap into valuable data and a negative impact on member satisfaction.
The Solution
USA Archery recognised that it needed to consolidate its core services to improve business insight and efficiencies, as well as the services provided to members. After a detailed audit of technologies on the market, USA Archery choose Sport:80 as its new technology partner.
The partnership would see Sport:80 deliver a centralised platform from which USA Archery members would be able to manage all aspects of their affiliation. It would also enable USA Archery to manage and deliver multiple operations including memberships, event registrations, certifications and awards, elite squads, background screening, SafeSport and various other aspects of NGB compliance.
The Outcome
The adoption of the Sport:80 Platform delivered multi-layered benefits to USA Archery. Members are now able to manage their online engagement with ease as a result of various new self-service features. This has resulted in a positive impact on customer satisfaction – all of which is now managed and analysed using a dedicated customer support center.
The new self-service approach to member engagement also enabled USA Archery to aggregate a wealth of accurate and insightful data. Automation has introduced operational efficiencies across the organisation; and compliance has improved due to the introduction of new dependencies and rules as well as integrations with SafeSport and background screening.
The Verdict
We have been really impressed by Sport:80’s approach and I have no doubt that everyone involved in USA Archery is going to benefit from the introduction of the Platform. Members are going to have greater autonomy over their member accounts and also have access to a variety of innovations that make it even easier to participate. I think it’s a really exciting milestone for the sport and we are very much looking forward to working alongside Sport:80 to continually improve our online membership and event services.
